Smaller items shipped via UPS or FedEx will be notified with tracking number through email. Large furniture items will be scheduled. A Me Ho representative will reach out to you to schedule delivery.
Delivery Options
Free Standard Shipping
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the continental United States.
In-Home Shipping
Residential or commercial inside delivery past the first threshold, typically a garage.
Full white glove
Full white glove residential delivery, including placement of items into a room of your choice and complete debris removal of all packaging materials, including heavy crates or pallets.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted with a full refund before your items ship. To initiate a refund email info@shopmeho.com with your order number and cancellation request. Please note shipment notifications may be delayed, and processing status must be confirmed before issuing a refund. If you item shipped, cancellation is no longer an option and you must start a refund option.
Returns & Exchanges:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery date for a refund or store credit. Unless item is damaged there will be a 30% restocking fee. Items must be UNOPENED and in ORIGINAL packaging. Delivery fees paid are nonrefundable. We DO NOT provide payment for RETURN SHIPPING except for defects or order processing irregularities- on a pre-approved basis.
We are happy to exchange any item before your order ships. Once the order has shipped it must go through the return process. You have 7 days to report damaged, defective, missing or wrong items from delivery date of the order if it hasn't been installed, assembled and it is returned in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Home fragrance items are not returnable unless damaged or defective. If you like a discovery scent sample please order that item before full size.

Damages
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that has been damaged in transit or is defective, we are happy to provide a prompt replacement or in some situations, a repair (broken couch leg, missing button etc..).
